FLAP DISC:
The disc is composed of an overlapping coating of the grinding disc and firmly adheres to the backup plate. This design provides a cooler running, longer-lasting disc. As new layers of abrasives are constantly exposed, a very consistent finish is provided over the life of the disc. These discs are especially recommended for high inventory removal of stainless steel and carbon steel. Aluminum and most alloys.
With ultra-high grinding capacity and ultra-long product life.
● Advantages:Self-sharpening ceramic grain and cool grinding aid for fast, aggressive cutting action onhard-to-grind materials.
The most aggressive compared with the aluminum oxide or zirconia flap discs.
● Work Surfaces:
High alloy and rust resistant steel, nickel base alloy, titanium alloy, steel.
